To be eligible for a return or exchange, please ensure that:
The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
All original tags, user manuals, warranty cards, and accessories (cables, lids, etc.) are included.
The original invoice or proof of purchase is provided.
Non-Returnable Items:
Items marked as “Final Sale.”
Products that show signs of physical damage or tampering.
Hygiene-related items (if applicable) that have been opened or used.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
We take great care in packaging, but if you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect:
Please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery.
Provide clear photos or a short video of the defect/damage and the outer packaging.
Once verified, we will arrange a free replacement or a full refund.
4. Process for Returns
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

Approval: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Timeline: Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
